Richard is awesome. We started our process about 4-5 months ago. We didnt know the 1st thing about the process of a construction loan. When we 1st spoke with Richard, he was very knowledgeable and passionate about his work and the loan process. We spoke almost every week and sometimes 3-4 times a week, over the phone, through text, even email. He explained ,to us every step of the way and he didn't leave anything out, making the process seemless. He has a special way of making us feel like everything was going to be okay and he was right, it was. If we didnt understand something he would take the time to explain it to us, until we understood that particular plan of the process. Who does that? We felt like he was our "personal" loan officer because he answered his phone 99.9% of the time, even when he was on his vacation. Now that is amazing.
